REVIEW : Mornings in Jenin by Susan Abulhawa

HELLOW ! i know i outta be punished for the long absence , but c'mon i got caught up with a bunch of things to do , promise ! won't absent this much anymore . However , buckle up guys i just finished a book that got meh sobbing for hours ,  open-mouthed for minutes and lost in thoughts for seconds !  i mean how can a book do all that to a person ? i'd definitely say that this is :  
 The most heartbreaking novel I have ever  read ,  I can't really write a review that will give this novel all of its credit . i just wanna ask you guys  : 
How many books you have read that made you love, hate, cry, angry, remorse  and all the senses that a human being can experience ? 

 This book will make you feel human. 

Mornings in Jenin is an amazing read and an insight to the lives of the Abulheha's family who are an ordinary Palestinian family living before and during  the creation of the state of Israel   and how they  used to live and how they cope the oppression and the savagery of the Israelis , how slaughtering a pregnant woman in front of her husband , how a missing father never gets back ,and how kidnapping a little boy from his parent's hands is a quite  normal everyday scene  . If i keep talking about the characters and the plot won't give it its worth , it is just way more than a novel , it is a whole story about the dark side of the world , about a  part of the planet where no body's paying attention . it's about being in the Palestinians shoes . 
     
it's important to read this novel since it summarizes the story of Palestine  ,  the story of  a great love and great loss  . This book is everything an avid reader wants.

Why greetings ? when i can just dive into the plot and let it speak  of itself !  a while back , i was contacted by a friend of mine (which happens to be the author herself )  to do a full review including  all the criticism  i may have. I plunged into it , as usual knowing nothing but the title , and as you can tell by the title it's that sorta of lovey at times stories . been long time since i last read a book in Arabic , and  YEAH , caught by surprise how quick and page turning it was .  It was nah my most fave  , but it  got me to that part of my life when everything  was so  easy getting and most of all when cheesy love stories seemed to MATTER the most .  It revolves around this girl name ; AHLAM and her knight lover and all those feelings that crippled upon .  I got engaged at some parts and felt so MEEEEHHHHH , because COME ON who didn't believe in mister right/princesses when they were young ?  Felt the innocent/stupidest ME that i was, reviving  again. !

REVIEW : When breath becomes air by Paul Kalanithi

Hiya ! I read this almost  a couple months ago and realized I never reviewed it. When I finished the book, I just couldn't review it , it was  so powerful that  the ideas and  the words betrayed me  , i hardly seat myself  to review it today , it is just a MASTERPIECE that if i had the chance to rate it more than 5 stars i'd definitely do , usually i'm a crying bookish .Yet, this one turned me into sobbing like no book ever did , it turned me into a sad weeping mess quickly .  The story is  so   amazingly good and so  freaking sad. It's a brief memoir of a life ended way too early , it's about ,   Dr. Paul Kalanithi who was a neurosurgical resident entering his final year of training when he was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer , about his wife , family and he's new born  baby and how they all faced his illness , it is more about ; the power of  the internal affections , and finally how can  a simple things make your joy when you may die the day after .

I want to cry, but I’m totally lost .I try to deal with this, but feel like q hostqge .I want to do something, but I can’t move any forward .I try to realize what is happening, but I can’t think , I can’t distinguish where am I ? am I on the right path ?   or should I just move ? .Everything feels like it’s going slower than normal ! than usual ? Every step I take feels like I can’t go forward. Everything ‘s leading meh backward I feel so heavy but….How am I supposed to deal with this when I’m not even here in my own body? BACK AGAIN  !  Hey , sorry for the lack of posting i was just so friggin' busy and enjoying trips with my bestie which is no excuse . Last month was an okay reading month   for me , due to the decent amount of books i've read . Actually ! thought about writing you up  my June wrap up , then was like hold your horses gal ! imma review this book now , because it can't wait more . Then we shall see . I know , the book is no new for y'all people . Yet , can be the last to read it but seriously was the kinda books that was worth all the  hype . YO WASSUP !  how're you all doing ? YOHO it's been a while ... missed blogging and reviewing  man . Without further do let's jump right into it ,  so i've just finished my second read of a masterpiece of my favorite author of  this year   ( i may say she's my picked for 2017 ) which is MAYBE SOMEDAY ! i'm so in love with the plot ; the characters and everything despite the fact that Colleen i myself left meh with bunch of Q marks ?  and kept me wondering about the end . However , the book discusses the story of Sydney who falls in love with her musician neighbor , their story was so different and so original and it's really hard to be reviewing such a book , because it seriously starts with a punch right in the face ...due to Syd catching her BF of two years cheating on her with her BEST FRIEND / ROOMMATE .  It's that time of year again , it's time to say goodbye , it's time to reflect and stands for the farewell . Let's flip back , shall we ? At the very beginning of the year i set a list of goals that i achieved half of them and drew a different path from my current one  that' i'd go through , all that before the whirlwind took giant place and my life went through a total shift , if you asked me  that time how would i imagine myself this year ( 2017 ) i'd definitely reply saying so far away from the person i become . You know ! i was that kind of depressed girl , struggling with social anxiety , pretending doing well ... drowned in her problems , floating on the edge of memories , fights each morning to get off her bed and hardly forces her self to smile and accept her mere reality . The story revolves around the two major characters RIDER whose life was a total mess , filled with danger of death in no time ; and  MALLORY the  girl who's stuck in her past like a hostage in bed  . However ,  they both grew up in an abusive foster home without enough to eat hummed with fear of beating ;  Rider  took it upon himself to be Mallory's  protector and to keep her as safe as he could. Hello !  lovely bookaholics today i'm gonna talk about a book that got me blown and speechless for minutes because i didn't know whether i liked it or not , whether i am happy or angry with the author...But all i knew i had a giant argue  to make a review about it ...But, first had to filter the multiple feelings  i had by a second read ... the story follows the struggle of a Pakistani , American Muslim girl at middle school who is trying to cope the different cultures of her country and her parents country as well . and stay true to her family's ...so Amina's a simple girl who'd be so happy only by hanging out with her christian  friend , she starts growing up when  facing changes and   having a grievous   time adjusting to middle school's shifting friendships and  trying to understand  more about her traditional Muslim uncle who is visiting'em from Pakistan  take place .   Thus, the story   moves quickly and easy to get into ;  it  discusses different
